About Piccadilly Grand

Piccadilly Grand condo is a mid-sized development that is located in Northumberland Road in District 8, the Little India Historic District, just on the outskirt of the city area where Orchard Road, Singapore’s famous shopping belt is located.

The land plot was launched for sale by the Urban Redevelopment Authority in Oct 2020 and developer license awarded to Maximus Residential SG Pte. Ltd. and Maximus Commercial SG Pte. Ltd. in April 2021. 

Its desirable prime location means that getting anywhere in Singapore is quick and easy.

It will be built as a mixed development with a commercial retail space (Piccadilly Galleria) on the ground floor. The commercial shops will include F&B, retail, childcare centre.

The project is situated right next to Farrer Park MRT Station, directly accessible via Exit E.
